Design and functionality combined
The Zip'In 2.0 airbag waistcoat is for riders who want to combine functionality, style and optimum protection. Its tailored cut and newly designed airbag shape with a central zip allow the airbag to be worn comfortably on its own. However, to maximise the protection potential, we recommend combining it with a compatible riding jacket or waistcoat.

Maximum comfort and safety
Breathable mesh on the sides and in the centre of the back guarantees optimum ventilation and freedom of movement.

The mechanical deployment of the airbag via a ripcord attached to the saddle minimises the risk of unintentional activation. A pull with a force of 30 kg (300 N) is required to deploy the airbag, which is a safety precaution to prevent false deployment.

Rapid deployment for comprehensive protection
In the event of deployment, the airbag system reaches optimum pressure within 80-100 milliseconds (depending on size) to provide the wearer with comprehensive protection with a protective volume of 14-24 litres (depending on size). This volume covers critical areas such as the throat, neck, spine, chest, pelvis, coccyx, head, collarbone and internal organs to provide the best possible protection in an emergency.

Extended warranty
Helite airbag systems come with a 2-year warranty on the workmanship and materials used. Register your airbag system to receive an additional 4-year warranty from the manufacturer from the date of purchase. To register, you will need your proof of purchase, usually an invoice or receipt, as well as the serial number, which you can find inside each airbag system.
