Redeem codes for construction and dismantling passes of spoga horse
You will receive digital ticket codes from your client (= exhibitor) to redeem in the ticket store - one for each team member.
Redeem code in the ticket shop
As of now, exhibitors at spoga horse can order their codes for exhibitor and construction passes, as well as free visitor tickets online via the Service Shop . Please pass on these codes to all persons who require access to spoga horse.
Admission to the trade fair in three simple steps:
1. Redeem your digital admission ticket code
- For access to the exhibition centre during the set-up and dismantling periods, each person requires a construction and dismantling pass or an exhibitor pass. You can order these in advance of spoga horse in the ticket shop. You will receive a ticket code from your client, which can be exchanged for your personal pass in the shop.
- A personal Koelnmesse account must be created in the ticket shop (which is also valid for registration in the spoga horse app).
- After redeeming the ticket code, you will receive an order confirmation for your pass for the set-up and dismantling period of spoga horse.
2. You will receive an email with the ticket PDF:
- We will send you an order confirmation with the ticket as a PDF file.
- You can retrieve your trade fair tickets and passes at any time in the ticket shop via „My orders“.
3. You attend spoga horse:
- With your printed ticket or with the ticket as PDF you get access to the fairground.
